Pool safety highlights PBJ concert for children
TEMPE, Ariz. - Singer, songwriter and storyteller Persephone will present
Movement, Music and Sports with a special message on pool safety for
children ages 3 to 5 years during the Peanut Butter and Jam Concert and
Storytime series at 10 a.m. on April 25 in the Tempe Community Center
Courtyard, just east of the Tempe Public Library at 3500 S. Rural Road.
Children will have the option of participating in art activities and
finishing the concert and storytime with a peanut butter & jam snack.
Persephone, a highly accomplished music therapist and performer, excels at
providing dynamic educational and music therapy programming and children's
entertainment. Movement, Music and Sports contains a pool safety
presentation.
Bring water bottles, blankets, hats and sunscreen. Registration is not
required for this FREE event sponsored by Target Corporation, Tempe Public
Library and City of Tempe Cultural Services. For Information, call
